Strawberry Hazelnut Chocolate Tart 士多啤梨榛子朱古力撻

💕Last Minute Valentine’s Day Recipe - Strawberry & Hazelnut Chocolate Tart💕 You won’t believe how easy this recipe is, and it just tastes amazing! Most ingredients could be found in supermarkets 🛒 and it only takes 10 mins to prepare!

We love how our Hazelnut Chocolate adds this lovely nutty flavour and a creamy chocolate texture with crunchy nutty bits to the tart🤩 It just balances the tanginess of strawberries & flakiness of the puff pastry so well!

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

.Strawberries (sliced)
.Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed in fridge)
.Hazelnut Chocolate
.Egg
.Icing Sugar (Optional)

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles. Lightly score a border around the edge with a sharp knife, poke holes in the centre with a fork.
  3. Beat the egg and brush it on the border of the puff pastry. Transfer the puff pastry to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Slightly press down the centre of the pastry with a fork. Spread Hazelnut Chocolate, and add sliced strawberries on top. Dust with powdered sugar

材料:

.士多啤梨 (切片)
.即用急凍酥皮 (於雪櫃解凍)
.榛子朱古力
.蛋
.糖霜 (可省略)

做法:

  1. 預熱焗爐至攝氏200度。
  2. 將已解凍的即用酥皮切成長方形,用刀輕輕劃一個內長方形,並用叉於內長方形內刺出小孔。
  3. 打發雞蛋,將蛋液掃於外長方形上。將酥皮置於舖上牛油紙的焗盤上,焗15-18分鐘至金黃,焗好後放涼。
  4. 輕輕以叉背壓低酥皮中心部份,塗上榛子朱古力醬,舖滿士多啤梨,再灑上糖霜即可。
