Apple Crumble with Pecan Butter 碧根果蘋果金寶

💕Valentine’s Day Recipe💕 Elevate your usual Apple Crumble with our Pecan Butter for a deeper & more complex flavour🤩 You only need 6 ingredients (plus vanilla ice cream to top with🤤) for this recipe and it’s so easy to make🥳 It is also a perfect dessert choice when you have to prepare a full course dinner - you can prepare everything ahead and just throw it into the oven before dinner starts🙌🏻 

What’s even better? You will need less butter & sugar thanks to the natural sweetness & good fats from pecans, less guilty maybe🙈


For the Filling 🍏

.Granny Smith Apple 2 pcs (peeled & diced)
.Pecan Butter 2 tbsp
.Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
.Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
.Plain Flour 1tsp

For the Crumble 🥧

.Plain Flour 85g
.Pecan Butter 2 tbsp
.Brown Sugar 35g
.Unsalted Butter 30g (chilled & diced)


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Prepare the filling: mix sugar, flour & cinnamon in a bowl, stir in pecan butter and mix well. Add diced apples and stir until the apples are coated with the mixture (it’s easier to do it with your hands)
  3. Prepare the crumble: mix flour and brown sugar, add pecan butter and cold butter. Combine the ingredients with your fingertips until the mixture clumps together.
  4. Place the fillings in a pie dish and spread the crumble mixture on top evenly. Bake for about 35-45 minutes. Serve with ice cream.


內餡 🍏

.Granny Smith 青蘋果 2(去皮及切粒)
.碧根果仁醬 2湯匙
.黃糖 1湯匙
.肉桂粉 ¼茶匙
.中筋麵粉 1湯匙

金寶 🥧

.中筋麵粉 85克
.碧根果仁醬 2湯匙
.黃糖 35
.無鹽牛油 30克 (雪凍及切粒)


  1. 預熱焗爐至攝氏170度。
  2. 預備內餡:混合糖、麵粉及肉桂粉,加入碧根果仁醬拌勻。加入蘋果,並用手拌至蘋果粒均勻地裹上混合物。
  3. 預備金寶:混合麵粉及糖,加入碧根果仁醬及凍牛油粒,用手指混合材料,將材料搓成麵團粒。
  4. 將內餡置於容器,然後均勻地舖上金寶麵團,放入焗爐焗35-45分鐘。食用時可配雪糕一同享用。
