Zoodle with Garlic Almond Butter Sauce 翠玉瓜麵配香蒜杏仁醬
<𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲> 𝘝𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘯 & 𝘒𝘦𝘵𝘰 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘺
This could be our favourite recipe of the year🥳 Guess a number of you have already tried/heard of zoodles, it’s basically zucchini shaved/spiralised into noodles shape - light and refreshing, but still satisfying🤤 And the sauce? It’s CRAZY GOOD! We didn’t know garlic, ginger & chilli 🌶 would work so great with our almond butter, words can’t describe how good it is and we will definitely try this sauce with other food as well (maybe with noodles/stir-fry dishes)🤤

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
.Zucchini (Courgette) 1 large pc
.Ginger (grated) 1.5 tsp
.Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
.Olive Oil
𝕊𝕒𝕦𝕔𝕖
.Almond Butter 3 tbsp
.Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
.Keto Maple Syrup 2 tsp
.Chilli powder 1-2 tsp
.Sesame Oil 1 tsp
.Water 3 tbsp
𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:
- Make zoodles by spiralising the zucchini. Place the zoodles in a colander-bowl set and toss with salt, let it sit for 30 mins and drain the water.
- Mix the sauce, adjust the taste to your liking.
- Heat pan and oil, add ginger & garlic and saute until fragrant. Add zoodles & sauce, stir well and cook for 1 minute.
𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀:
.Top it with your favourite toppings (we fried some tofu with the remaining sauce in pan!)
.Garnish with sesame, scallions or chilli powder
.Do not over cook the zoodles
材料:
.翠玉瓜 1大個.薑(磨蓉)1.5茶匙
.蒜頭(切碎)2瓣
.橄欖油 適量
🌶 醬汁
.杏仁醬 3湯匙
.醬油 1湯匙
.生酮楓糖漿 2茶匙
.辣椒碎 1茶匙
.麻油 1茶匙
.水 3湯匙
做法:- 用刨麵機將翠玉瓜刨成麵條狀,將翠玉瓜麵置於篩內,加鹽以迫出水份,並用碗或碟墊好,放置約半小時並瀝乾水份備用。
- 將醬汁材料拌好,試味並根據個人口味調整。
- 平底鑊下橄欖油,預熱後加入蒜及薑爆香,加入翠玉瓜麵及醬汁兜勻煮1分鐘即可上碟。
貼士:
.可加入喜愛的配料,例如豆腐切粒後加入鑊中以炒翠玉瓜麵剩餘的醬汁炒熟
.麵條可灑上芝麻、辣椒粉或蔥花
.小心不要把翠玉瓜麵煮太久
