Pistachio Butter Smoothie Vegan

Inspired by our Pistachio Ice Cream, we created this super creamy & refreshing smoothie which is perfect for summer days! You can also play with the recipe - use less almond milk for a thicker texture like Smoothie Bowl and add your favourite toppings, or replace banana with keto sweeteners (& add more avocado) if you are on keto diet;)

Ingredients:

  • Avocado - half
  • Banana - half
  • Pistachio Butter 2 tbsp
  • Almond Milk 160g

Method:

  1. Slice banana into 1-2” chunks and freeze them.
  2. Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Tip:

Add chopped pistachios to your smoothie for extra texture & flavour!

材料:

  • 牛油果 半個
  • 香蕉 半隻
  • 開心果醬 2湯匙
  • 杏仁奶 160克

做法:

  1. 將香蕉預先切件後放進冰格冷藏。
  2. 將所有材料放進攪拌機打勻即成。

貼士:

Smoothie可另加入開心果碎攪勻享用,更添口感。
