The almond butter & olive oil don’t only give extra flavours and textures🤤they also help to reduce the tanginess of Greek yogurt!

How to eat this Tuna Salad? Serve with bread/cracker🥖or with soft boiled egg/avocado!

吞拿魚沙律感覺健康🥗但其實市面上大部份吞拿魚沙律都加入大量蛋黃醬,食得多反而會致肥。所以今次就介紹呢款健康版嘅沙律醬 - 用希臘乳酪做基底,再加入The Nutter Company 100%杏仁醬同橄欖油,除咗可以增加香味層次及口感,仲可以中和乳酪嘅酸味🤤唔止健康過一般蛋黃醬,味道仲更加豐富! 

呢款吞拿魚沙律可以點食?除咗配麵包或餅乾,亦可以配溏心蛋、牛油果就咁食!整成lunch box帶返工當午餐都好方便🙌🏻

Ingredient:

Salad

  • Canned Tuna in Water
  • Celery
  • Red Onion
  • Pitted Olive
  • Flat Leaf Parsley

Dressing

  • Almond Butter
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Sea Salt

Method:

  1. Drain tuna. Dice celery, red onions & parsley. Slice olives.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients and stir into salad mixture. Done!

Note:

  • We used 4 parts of Greek yogurt, 2 parts of almond butter & 1 part of olive oil for the dressing
  • Store in an airtight container and it will keep well in the fridge for 3-4 days. If it is not served immediately, you may want to add the celery & red onion later for a crunchier texture.

材料:

沙律

  • 罐頭水浸吞拿魚
  • 西芹
  • 紅洋蔥
  • 去核橄欖
  • 平葉蕃茜

醬汁

  • 杏仁醬
  • 希臘乳酪
  • 橄欖油
  • 黑椒
  • 海鹽

做法:

  1. 吞拿魚瀝乾叉碎,西芹、紅洋蔥及蕃茜切碎,橄欖切片。
  2. 將醬汁材料全部拌勻,加入 (1) 並拌勻即可。

貼士:

  • 希臘乳酪:杏仁醬:橄欖油比例為4:2:1,可按個人口味調整。
  • 置於密封容器並放入雪櫃可保存3-4天。如非立即享用,可於食用時才加入西芹粒及紅洋蔥粒以享受其爽脆口感。
