Pecan Butter & Cinnamon Overnight Oats 碧根果仁醬肉桂隔夜燕麥
It’s October! Time for some autumn indulgence🍂🍁Try this Pecan Butter & Cinnamon Overnight Oats which is soooo easy to make! We didn’t add any sweeteners but used a ripe banana for the sweetness you will need
開始入秋但天氣都仲係好熱,呢個碧根果肉桂隔夜燕麥 (Overnight Oats) 有秋天氣息之餘🍂食落涼浸浸,最啱而家呢個天氣食!而且健康得嚟又夠香,仲完全冇落糖,甜味就係來自一隻熟香蕉🍌所以食落微甜又夠清新唔肥。而且超級容易整,前一晚準備好,第二朝起身整3分鐘就有得食!
Ingredients:
Instant Rolled Oats
Oat Milk
Ground Cinnamon
Pecan Butter
Banana
Fig
Granola
- The night before: Place oats in a bowl and pour oat milk until it has just covered the oats, refrigerate it overnight
- In the morning: Smash half a banana into the oats, stir well. Slice the other half of banana and cut up the figs.
- Top your overnight oats with fruits, add a spoon of pecan butter, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and granola, and enjoy!
*You may use other toppings or fruits for your oats, and of course you may also substitute oat milk with any other kinds of milk!
【材料】即食燕麥片
燕麥奶
碧根果仁醬
肉桂粉
香蕉
無花果
Granola
【做法】- 前一晚預先準備燕麥片:將燕麥片倒入碗中,加燕麥奶直至剛好蓋過燕麥片,略為拌勻後用保鮮紙蓋好放入雪櫃
- 早上將燕麥片取出,將半隻香蕉切片加進燕麥,將香蕉一邊搗爛一邊拌勻
- 無花果切件及另外半隻香蕉切片後,放上燕麥,再加一匙碧根果仁醬,灑上肉桂粉及granola即成!
*可用其他水果或食材放上燕麥,亦可用其他奶類飲品取代燕麥奶
