Caramelised Banana Oatmeal & Pecan Butter 焦糖香蕉碧根果仁醬麥片

This hot oatmeal is incredibly delicious and comforting🤤With caramelised bananas & pecan butter, you could probably imagine how good it is🙌🏻 It’s just like having a warm bowl of guilt-free dessert for breakfast🤩 


.Your choice of milk 
.Maple Syrup
.Coconut Oil (or Butter)
.Pecan Butter
.Toppings, e.g. nuts, cacao nibs, granola


  1. Prepare oatmeal: boil oats & milk on low heat and stir occasionally until the oats are cooked. Add maple syrup and stir well.
  2. Cut the bananas into half or 1/3 chunks and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. In a pan, melt coconut oil & maple syrup on low heat. Add bananas and cook until soft. Flip the bananas to coat it with maple syrup evenly.
  4. Assemble - pour your hot oatmeal into a bowl, top with caramelised bananas, pecan butter, maple syrup and your choice of toppings.

Notes: We used rolled oats here but you can use any kind of oats. For the milk, we use almond milk.

  1. 煮麥片:將麥片及奶以小火煮熟,加入少量楓糖漿並拌勻。
  2. 將香蕉切件/切半,然後對半切開。
  3. 於平底鍋加入椰子油及楓糖漿,以小火熱溶後加入香蕉,將香蕉沾勻糖漿並煮至軟身。
  4. 將麥片倒入碗中,放上香蕉、碧根果仁醬、楓糖漿及其他配料即可享用。
