Cold Tofu with Nut Butter Sauce 果仁醬涼拌豆腐

Nut butter could be a life saver when you need a quick & easy dish for your meal😎 This tofu recipe just soooo refreshing & healthy - especially perfect for summer! 🤤

 

Ingredients:

.Silken Tofu

Toppings:

.Spring onion, roasted sesame seeds or bonito flakes

Sauce: 

.PAC Butter 2 tbsps

.Tsuyu Sauce 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Mix PAC Butter & Tsuyu sauce.
  2. Pour sauce onto silken tofu, garnish with toppings.

Tips: You may replace Tsuyu sauce with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water.

 

材料:

.絹豆腐

.蔥碎/芝麻/木魚片

涼拌醬汁:

.PAC三重果仁醬 2湯匙

.鰹魚醬油 1湯匙

 

做法:

  1. 豆腐瀝乾水份;醬汁材料拌勻備用。
  2. 豆腐淋上涼拌醬汁,灑上蔥花、芝麻或木魚片即成。

備註:你亦可以混合醬油、糖和水來取代鰹魚醬油。
