Nut Butter Granola Cup 燕麥脆杯

Look at these lovely granola cups with nut butters & yogurt! 😍 The balance is just perfect - crunchy granola cups, creamy yogurt, rich & nutty nut butter (we are using PAC Butter here)🤤

 

Ingredients:

.Rolled Oats 75g

.Nut Butter 60g

.Maple Syrup 25g

.Greek Yogurt 200g

.Coconut Oil (small amount for greasing)

.Fruits

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C.
  2. Mix rolled oats, nut butter & maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil and spoon oat mixture into it (this recipe should make 4 cups). 
  4. Press the mixture firmly against the bottom and sides of the muffin tin with the back of a teaspoon to form cups. 
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
  6. Spoon greek yogurt into each granola cup and top with an extra spoon of nut butter & fruits.

 

材料:

.燕麥片 75g

.果仁醬 60g

.楓糖漿 25g

.椰子油 少量

.希臘乳酪200g

.水果

 

做法:

  1. 預熱焗爐至170 ℃。
  2. 把燕麥片、果仁醬、楓糖漿攪拌至完全混合。
  3. 鬆餅模掃上椰子油防黏,把燕麥片混合物平分放入烤模,此食譜份量可做約4份。
  4. 以匙背把燕麥片混合物沿烤模底部和杯身緊緊壓實,形成杯子狀。
  5. 放入焗爐焗20分鐘後放涼。
  6. 待脆杯完全變涼後,放上希臘乳酪,並在表面另加一匙果仁醬和水果作配料。
