These Oatmeal Cookies are the perfect healthy treat throughout the day! Have them with a glass of milk or coffee for a quick energy boost on busy mornings🆙

 

Ingredients:

.Rolled Oats 100g

.Nut Butter 60g

.Maple Syrup 40g

.Chia Seeds 1 tbsp

.Almond Milk 50g

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chia seeds & almond milk and let the mixture sit for 20 minutes to gel up.
  3. Add rolled oats, nut butter & maple syrup to the chia seeds mixture and combine well.
  4. Scoop cookie dough and place on lined baking tray. Lightly press the dough with hand. You should get about 12 cookies.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

.果仁醬 60g

.楓糖漿 40g

.奇亞籽 1湯匙

.杏仁奶 50g

 

做法:

  1. 預熱焗爐至180℃。
  2. 大碗內混合奇亞籽和杏仁奶,靜置20分鐘,至奇亞籽成啫喱狀。
  3. 將燕麥片、果仁醬、楓糖漿加入奇亞籽混合物,並徹底拌勻。
  4. 把麵團分成約12等份,略搓圓並放上焗盤,輕輕用手心壓平。
  5. 放入焗爐焗15分鐘即成。
