NUT BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES 果仁醬燕麥曲奇
These Oatmeal Cookies are the perfect healthy treat throughout the day! Have them with a glass of milk or coffee for a quick energy boost on busy mornings🆙
Ingredients:
.Rolled Oats 100g
.Nut Butter 60g
.Maple Syrup 40g
.Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
.Almond Milk 50g
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- In a large bowl, mix chia seeds & almond milk and let the mixture sit for 20 minutes to gel up.
- Add rolled oats, nut butter & maple syrup to the chia seeds mixture and combine well.
- Scoop cookie dough and place on lined baking tray. Lightly press the dough with hand. You should get about 12 cookies.
- Bake for 15 minutes.

.奇亞籽 1湯匙
.杏仁奶 50g
做法:
- 預熱焗爐至180℃。
- 大碗內混合奇亞籽和杏仁奶,靜置20分鐘,至奇亞籽成啫喱狀。
- 將燕麥片、果仁醬、楓糖漿加入奇亞籽混合物,並徹底拌勻。
- 把麵團分成約12等份,略搓圓並放上焗盤,輕輕用手心壓平。
- 放入焗爐焗15分鐘即成。
