NUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE (WITHOUT FRUITS) 果仁醬奶昔
How to make a creamy and filling smoothie when you run out of fruits? 🤯 Here’s the trick🙌🏻 Nut butter & greek yogurt helps to enhance the creaminess🤤 freezing part of the almond milk helps to keep the smoothie chilled & rich, and oats makes it even more satisfying! 😍
Not a fan of yogurt’s tanginess? We are using minimum amount of yogurt here so you won’t really taste it, and the nut butter also helps to balance its tangy taste😉
Ingredients:
.Rolled Oats 25g
.Nut Butter 30g
.Maple Syrup 20g
.Greek Yogurt 40g
.Almond Milk 220g
Method:
- Freeze 120g of almond milk in an ice cube tray.
- Blend the following ingredients in a blender: rolled oats, nut butter, maple syrup, greek yogurt, 100g almond milk & the 120g almond milk ice cubes.

做法:
- 把120g杏仁奶倒入製冰格內,冷藏成冰塊。
- 在攪拌機中加入燕麥片、果仁醬、楓糖漿、希臘乳酪、100g杏仁奶和120g杏仁奶冰塊,然後攪拌至順滑。
