This baked oats recipe we created doesn’t require baking powder, eggs & bananas (we had few slices as toppings but totally optional) but still puffs up🤩 texture is on the gooey side, soft & comforting🤤
．Rolled Oats 50g
．Nut Butter 30g
．Greek Yogurt 130g
．Maple Syrup 15g
．Almond Milk 60g
- In a blender, add rolled oats, nut butter, greek yogurt, maple syrup & almond milk and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ramekins or containers. Top with your choice of toppings.
- Bake for 30 mins. Garnish with toppings that you prefer to eat unbaked.
