Yes you can eat cakes for breakfast but still be healthy! This baked oats is a perfect sweet treat to brighten up your gloomy mornings⛈

This baked oats recipe we created doesn’t require baking powder, eggs & bananas (we had few slices as toppings but totally optional) but still puffs up🤩 texture is on the gooey side, soft & comforting🤤

 

Ingredients:

.Rolled Oats 50g

.Nut Butter 30g

.Greek Yogurt 130g

.Maple Syrup 15g

.Almond Milk 60g

.Fruits

.Chocolate

.Coconut Flakes

 

Method:

  1. In a blender, add rolled oats, nut butter, greek yogurt, maple syrup & almond milk and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ramekins or containers. Top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Bake for 30 mins. Garnish with toppings that you prefer to eat unbaked.

.果仁醬 30g

.希臘乳酪 130g

.楓糖漿 15g

.杏仁奶 60g

.水果

.朱古力

.椰子片

 

做法:

  1. 在攪拌機中加入燕麥片、果仁醬、希臘乳酪、楓糖漿和杏仁奶,然後攪拌至順滑。
  2. 把混合物倒入容器,並在表面上放上配料。
  3. 放入焗爐以180度烤焗30分鐘。出爐後可再額外添加不需烘焗的配料。
