NUT BUTTER BAKED OATS (NO EGG, NO BAKING POWDER) 烤燕麥蛋糕 (無蛋無泡打粉配方)
Yes you can eat cakes for breakfast but still be healthy! This baked oats is a perfect sweet treat to brighten up your gloomy mornings⛈
This baked oats recipe we created doesn’t require baking powder, eggs & bananas (we had few slices as toppings but totally optional) but still puffs up🤩 texture is on the gooey side, soft & comforting🤤
Ingredients:
.Rolled Oats 50g
.Nut Butter 30g
.Greek Yogurt 130g
.Maple Syrup 15g
.Almond Milk 60g
.Fruits
.Chocolate
.Coconut Flakes
Method:
- In a blender, add rolled oats, nut butter, greek yogurt, maple syrup & almond milk and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ramekins or containers. Top with your choice of toppings.
- Bake for 30 mins. Garnish with toppings that you prefer to eat unbaked.

做法:
- 在攪拌機中加入燕麥片、果仁醬、希臘乳酪、楓糖漿和杏仁奶,然後攪拌至順滑。
- 把混合物倒入容器,並在表面上放上配料。
- 放入焗爐以180度烤焗30分鐘。出爐後可再額外添加不需烘焗的配料。
