This no bake peanut butter bar is much healthier than the normal version but equally (or more!) delicious🤤Peanut butter bars are normally topped with a layer of chocolate 🍫 and we are replacing that with a hazelnut chocolate yogurt layer😍 it tastes much lighter, with a creamy texture and crunchy hazelnut bits🤩
．Rolled Oats 40g
．Peanut Butter 140g
．Hazelnut Chocolate 30g + 1 tbsp
．Maple Syrup 30g
．Greek Yogurt 80g
- Blend rolled oats with a blender or food processor to make oat flour.
- Mix oat flour, peanut butter & maple syrup until well combined, transfer mixture to a lined tray and spread evenly.
- Add 30g Hazelnut Chocolate to greek yogurt and stir gently. Pour mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture layer. Add an extra spoon of Hazelnut Chocolate on top and spread gently with a fork.
- Place in the freezer until frozen, and cut it into pieces with a knife.
