Maple Cinnamon Oats with Cashew Butter 楓糖肉桂腰果醬燕麥片

Apart from toast and cereal, oats (porridge) is a breakfast staple to many families! Oats with water, honey & egg is a comfort food to me, but could be sometimes boring - try adding nut butters with some spices

Ingredients 材料
Rolled Oats 燕麥片
Oat Milk (or other plant based milk) 燕麥奶或其他植物奶
Water 水
Cashew Butter (or other nut butters) 腰果醬或其他堅果醬
Cinnamon Powder 肉桂粉
Maple Syrup 楓糖漿
Fruits 水果


Method 做法
1. Boil rolled oats with oat milk & water until thickened.
燕麥片用燕麥奶及水煮稠
2. Stir in cashew butter or your favourite nut butter.
加入腰果醬或其他堅果醬拌勻
3. Pour the oats into a bowl and top with maple syrup, cinnamon powder, extra spoon of nut butter, fruits.
麥片倒入碗中,加楓糖漿、肉桂粉、水果及額外一匙腰果醬
