🛎 Orders placed will be dispatched in 2-4 business days, and should arrive at the designed SF Express network points in 1-2 business days. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking details. You will then receive another SMS from SF Express once your package has arrived at the SF Express network points, please follow the instructions from SF Express and pick up your gelato at your earliest convenience. We will pack your gelato in a cooler bag with a carton box as the outer packaging, which can maintain the temperature for up to 15 minutes only, please put the gelato into the freezer as soon as possible once the order has been picked up.

🛎 Our gelato will be delivered via SF Express to SF Express network points with cold chain service, please fill in the SF code as the address when filling out the shipping information.

可於到貨後兩天內，於自取點營業時間內隨時領取。 Orders can be collected anytime during the pick-up point's opening hours within 2 days of arrival.

送貨上門 Home Delivery

顧客必須於送貨當天於收貨地址簽收；如無人簽收，重新送貨需另收 HK$80 運費。 Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery day. An additional HK$80 delivery fee will apply for redelivery if no one is available to receive the order.

．一般情況下，香港地區預計送貨日期為下單後 2至4個工作天（星期一至五，公眾假期除外），恕未能指定送貨時間。

．我們會於出貨日以 WhatsApp 傳送出貨通知，客人屆時可透過 WhatsApp 內提供的順豐運單追蹤貨品運送狀況。

．雪糕將以保溫袋包裝並放入紙箱運送。客人於自取點領取後約可保冷15分鐘，請盡快放入零下18°C或以下冰格保存。

．如領取後發現包裝破損、雪糕融化或其他異常情況，請盡快聯絡我們並提供照片，以便跟進。若因客人未有及時領取、保存不當或未有盡快冷藏而影響貨品質素，本公司恕不負責。

．如客人提供之收件資料有誤而導致送貨失敗、延誤或退件，或未有於順豐指定期限內領取貨品而產生之額外運費將由客人承擔，本公司恕不安排退款或補送。

送貨上門服務＋

．購買時請填寫完整收貨地址，並按結帳頁面指示選擇指定送貨日子。

．送貨日為星期一至六，上午9時至下午6時 （工商廈只在星期一至五派送）。公眾假期及星期日均不會提供送貨服務。

．送貨員會在送貨當日透過電話與顧客聯絡，確認送貨時間。

．送貨員提供送貨上門服務並於確認收貨時，可能會要求顧客出示相關訂單憑證以供核實。如無人簽收，我們將取消送貨，顧客需繳付額外費用安排重新送貨；或取消訂單且不予退款或補償。

．倘若大廈50米範圍內沒有合法的上落貨區，將不會提供送貨服務。送貨服務的範圍並不包括任何物流服務供應商的車輛不能直接到達的地區，或沒有操作正常的升降機到達的大廈。

Delivery Information

Gelato orders will be delivered by SF Cold Chain to an SF pick-up location offering frozen pick-up service by default. If you prefer home delivery, please select the home delivery option during checkout.

SF Cold Chain Pick-up

When placing your order, please enter the pick-up location code in the address field.

Please select an SF pick-up location where "Cold Chain Service" is marked as "Applicable" in the rightmost column: View SF pick-up locations

Under normal circumstances, orders within Hong Kong are expected to arrive within 2–4 working days after the order is placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Specific delivery times cannot be arranged.

We will send a dispatch notification via WhatsApp on the day your order is shipped. You may track the delivery using the SF Express tracking information provided in the message.

Gelato will be packed in an insulated bag and placed inside a cardboard box for delivery. After collection, the insulated bag can keep the products cold for approximately 15 minutes. Please place the Gelato in a freezer at −18°C or below as soon as possible.

If you notice damaged packaging, melted Gelato or any other irregularities upon collection, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs so that we can follow up. We cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from delayed collection, improper storage or failure to refrigerate the products promptly.

Any additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect recipient information, failed or delayed delivery, returned parcels, or failure to collect the order within the collection period specified by SF Express will be borne by the customer. Refunds or replacement deliveries will not be arranged in such cases.

Home Delivery

Please provide your complete delivery address and select your preferred delivery date according to the instructions at checkout.

Home delivery is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Deliveries to commercial buildings are available Monday to Friday only. Delivery service is not available on Sundays or public holidays.

The delivery driver will contact the customer by phone on the delivery day to confirm the delivery time.

Upon delivery, the customer may be asked to present the relevant order confirmation for verification. If no one is available to receive the order, the delivery will be cancelled. An additional charge will apply to arrange redelivery; alternatively, the order may be cancelled without refund or compensation.

Delivery service will not be available if there is no legal loading or unloading area within 50 metres of the building. Delivery is also unavailable to locations that cannot be directly accessed by the logistics provider's vehicle, or to buildings without a properly functioning lift providing access to the delivery floor.
