Handcrafted with 100% peanuts, our Peanut Butters are freshly made locally in a licensed facility every week, in order to bring out the rich natural flavours and retain all the nutritional goodness.
Our nut butters are simple but versatile, without adding any additives, not only does it bring you the health benefits, it also gives you the flexibility to tailor the nut buttes to match your own taste, depending on how you like them (e.g. by adding honey, sea salt, etc.)!
How to eat
- Directly out of the jar with a spoon
- On bread, with honey, maple syrup, fruits, smoked salmon, etc
- With granola, oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, etc
- Salad dressing, pasta sauce, satay sauce
- For baking - cookies, muffins, cakes, etc

Best Before Date: Once opened, consume within 3-6 months for the best taste
Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight with lid sealed. Refrigeration not necessary. Oil separation may occur naturally as this product contains no emulsifiers or hardened fats. Stir content to restore creamy texture.

貯藏方法:開封後亦不需冷藏,由於產品沒有添加乳化劑,會出現油醬分離現象,每次食用前請先徹底攪勻,切勿倒掉上層的油
沒有加糖及調味料,味道會很單調嗎?
當然不會!花生經過焗烤後香氣濃郁,我們不加調味的其中一個原因,就是希望大家可以享受食物的天然原味,美食其實也可以很健康!至於另一個原因,是因為每人口味不同,堅果醬買回家後和家人分享,每人可按自己喜好調味,可以加楓糖漿、蜂蜜、煉奶,或者海鹽,我們希望每個人都找到自己喜歡的味道。
花生醬可以怎樣吃?
- 配吐司或貝果,可再搭配煉奶、蜂蜜、海鹽、水果或煙肉等等享用
- 用作水果沾醬
- 製作西多士或奶醬能嘗到滿滿的花生味之餘,亦不會過甜
- 魯肉飯或日式咖喱加一大匙花生醬味道更有層次
- 乾拌麵、涼拌雞絲青瓜 – 花生醬、醬油、糖、醋、辣椒等等混合就可以了
- 製作Smoothie時加一大匙令味道及質感更豐富, 同時亦能補充蛋白質
- 其他食法:麥片、granola、雪糕、湯圓、鬆餅、曲奇蛋糕烘焙等等
吃花生醬會胖嗎?
