PEANUT BUTTER PIE (HEALTHY VER.) 花生醬凍批

This no bake peanut butter bar is much healthier than the normal version but equally (or more!) delicious🤤Peanut butter bars are normally topped with a layer of chocolate 🍫 and we are replacing that with a hazelnut chocolate yogurt layer😍 it tastes much lighter, with a creamy texture and crunchy hazelnut bits🤩

 

Ingredients:

.Rolled Oats 40g

.Peanut Butter 140g

.Hazelnut Chocolate 30g + 1 tbsp

.Maple Syrup 30g

.Greek Yogurt 80g

 

Method:

  1. Blend rolled oats with a blender or food processor to make oat flour.
  2. Mix oat flour, peanut butter & maple syrup until well combined, transfer mixture to a lined tray and spread evenly.
  3. Add 30g Hazelnut Chocolate to greek yogurt and stir gently. Pour mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture layer. Add an extra spoon of Hazelnut Chocolate on top and spread gently with a fork.
  4. Place in the freezer until frozen, and cut it into pieces with a knife.

 

材料:

.燕麥片 40g

.花生醬140g

.榛孫子朱古力醬 30g+1湯匙

.楓糖漿 30g

.希臘乳酪 80g

 

做法:

  1. 將燕麥片以攪拌機攪碎成燕麥粉。
  2. 把燕麥粉、花生醬、楓糖漿攪拌至完全混合。烤盤放上牛油紙,平均地將混合物鋪於盤中。
  3. 混合30克榛子朱古力醬和希臘乳酪,舖於花生醬混合物表面。然後再另加一匙榛子朱古力醬,用叉子輕輕混合形成雲石花紋。
  4. 放入冰格冷藏至變硬,切件後即可享用。
